Ruth SullivanSpontaneous Images photography has been exhibited in the “Barn Arts Exhibit” at GAR Hall, Gettysburg and won first prize in 2008 for the photograph,“Grey Ghost”. Ruth photographed the “Liberation of New Oxford” as part of the World War II reenactment (photos published in Gettysburg Times, September 26, 2009). Six of Ruth’s photographs were exhibited at HACC “Local Photographers: Impressions and Observations”, Gettysburg Campus, November 5 – December 21, 2009.  Her  photograph entitled, “Mirror Image”, is in  the HACC permanent artists’ collection. Ruth spent six months photographing barn details to complete a homage to local barns as a montage photo print, “Adams County Barn Quilt”. Her photographs are in many area homes.

Ruth is a columnist for the Gettysburg Times and writes about the news of Eastern Adams County.
